1. Eligibility and Participation

This giveaway is open exclusively to attendees of the All Things Open 2024 event.

Participants must subscribe to SurrealDB’s marketing preferences to qualify.

Participants must have a valid shipping address within the zones listed on the SurrealDB Store Delivery page, viewable here.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway opens immediately following the conclusion of the All Things Open 2024 event.

All entries must be submitted by Friday, 8th November 2024, at 23:59 GMT. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants who meet the entry requirements.

The winner will be notified via the email associated with their marketing subscription within seven (7) days after the giveaway closes.

If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, SurrealDB reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

4. Prize and Redemption

The prize is a discount code for one (1) SurrealDB Cruiser Hoodie available on the SurrealDB Store.

The discount code is valid for redemption until 1st December 2024, at 00:00 GMT.

The winner will be responsible for entering the code at checkout. Shipping and any applicable taxes are not included in the giveaway prize.

5. Shipping and Delivery

The giveaway prize will only be shipped to addresses within the zones listed on the SurrealDB Store Delivery page. SurrealDB is not responsible for undeliverable prizes due to invalid addresses or locations outside of the delivery zones.

6. Privacy and Consent

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing communications from SurrealDB. Participants can opt-out of these communications at any time, but opting out before the giveaway closes may disqualify the participant.

Personal data collected for the giveaway will be handled per SurrealDB’s privacy policy.

7. Miscellaneous

SurrealDB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway for any reason.

This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

SurrealDB reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
